The Comp 32227133 camshaft is a high-performance Stage 1 “Turbo” grind designed specifically for LS-based GM engines under forced induction. It’s built to unlock spirited power while retaining daily-drivable behavior.

• Aggressive duration and lift for turbocharged LS builds: approximately 222°/227° duration (at 0.050") with .601"/.598" lift.

Typical Application

• GM LS3, LS6, L92, and other Gen III/IV LS engines where a turbocharged setup is used (cam swap and tune required).

• Ideal for performance builds where you want a noticeable lope, race-style sound, and a solid increase in horsepower while avoiding an extreme race-only idle. 

Install Notes / Considerations

• Because this is a performance cam designed for forced induction, proper tuning, upgraded valvetrain components (springs, pushrods, lifters) and possibly a supporting fuel & induction system are required to get full benefit.

• Ensure compatibility with your engine’s compression ratio, fuel type, and turbo setup.

• Confirm clearance, timing gear compatibility, and that your ECU tune is set up accordingly.
