Important bolt-style note:

This kit is for engines using the same-length M11 main cylinder head bolts. ES72220 is listed with 10 M11-2.0 x 100 mm main bolts and 5 M8-1.25 x 45 mm smaller bolts per cylinder head.

If your engine uses the earlier/mixed-length bolt setup with 8 long M11 bolts and 2 shorter M11 corner bolts per cylinder head, use Fel-Pro ES72173 instead. ES72173 is listed with 8 M11-2.0 x 155 mm bolts, 2 M11-2.0 x 100 mm bolts, and 5 M8-1.25 x 45 mm bolts per cylinder head.

Fitment recommendation:
Because GM LS engines have overlap by year, engine code, and cylinder head design, always confirm by comparing the original head bolt lengths before ordering. If all main M11 head bolts are the same length, ES72220 is the correct style. If the engine has the two shorter corner bolts with the longer main bolts, order ES72173 instead.
