BBK 4012 1-3/4" Shorty Headers – 2005-2008 Chrysler 300C / 2006-2008 Dodge Charger 5.7L HEMI – Titanium Ceramic

Upgrade the exhaust flow, sound, and performance of your 5.7L HEMI with BBK Performance 4012 Shorty Headers. Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for the restrictive factory exhaust manifolds, these headers feature large 1-3/4" primary tubes to improve exhaust flow while maintaining compatibility with factory or aftermarket mid-pipes.

BBK manufactures these headers from heavy-duty 16-gauge steel tubing with CNC mandrel bends for smooth exhaust flow. Thick 3/8" exhaust flanges provide a strong, reliable seal at the cylinder heads, while the titanium ceramic coating helps provide added heat protection and a clean performance appearance.

BBK rates these headers for an approximately 15-20 horsepower gain over stock, depending on the vehicle and supporting modifications.
